Job description
Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Must be adaptable to working US shift hours.
- Collaborate closely with Procurement, Risk Management, and senior legal team members to accurately review contracts, verifying details like property owner entities, Certificates of Insurance, and W-9 forms.
- Develop sales and purchase order forms along with master agreements in partnership with internal departments.
- Review, amend, and draft contracts for vendors, ensuring all agreements are executed promptly and efficiently.
- Manage and keep legal documentation organized, maintaining master and active contract logs, and prepare monthly performance metrics throughout negotiations.
- Offer contract-related guidance and support to various internal departments.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Possess between 2 to 3 years of experience in contract drafting and negotiation; background in contract law is advantageous.
- Demonstrate strong organizational abilities coupled with effective communication, analytical thinking, critical reasoning, and excellent time management.
- Exhibit outstanding skills in drafting, proofreading, and communication.
- Eagerness to adopt and implement new methods of document management and contract preparation, integrating technological innovations to enhance contract workflows.
- Capability to operate independently, proactively plan, and meet objectives efficiently with minimal supervision.
