Contracts Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to oversee all aspects of commercial contract management at a Microsoft-focused consulting and technology services company located in Noida, India. This role involves comprehensive contract review, management, and ensuring compliance with established terms, alongside handling financial and stakeholder-related contract activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage contracts including reviewing, amending, and drafting commercial terms.
• Validate quotations, manage contract modifications, and oversee termination processes including early termination fees (ETFs).
• Conduct invoice audits and ensure pricing accuracy.
• Ensure overall compliance with contractual requirements and standards.
• Effectively manage relationships and communications with relevant stakeholders.
• Work specifically with US commercial contracts and maintain contract lifecycle management (CLM).
• Handle ticketing and queue management systems to streamline processes.
• Maintain contract version control rigorously.
• Support financial closing activities during month-end and quarter-end periods.
• Utilize enterprise tools such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, and Oracle in daily activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) in any specialization.
• Demonstrated experience in contract lifecycle management and commercial contract handling.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, and Oracle platforms.
• Strong understanding of ticketing and queue management systems.
• Ability to perform invoice and pricing audits efficiently.
