Role Overview
We are seeking a Contracts Coordinator to join an established company in Maidstone, Kent. This full-time, permanent position involves the daily oversight and administrative management of contracts. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth contract execution and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and oversee daily contract operations.
- Manage contract-related documents including variations and purchase orders.
- Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor contract timelines such as deadlines, renewals, and important deliverable dates.
- Maintain accurate and current contract records and databases.
- Assist with preparing quotations, tenders, and commercial documents.
- Raise and process purchase orders and invoices efficiently.
- Ensure all contractual obligations and commercial requirements are fulfilled.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in contracts, commercial administration, or contract coordination.
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines confidently.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in handling financial and contract documentation.
- Strong competency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and proactively.
Additional Details
Salary for this role is up to £42,000 annually. The position is based onsite in Maidstone, Kent, operating Monday through Friday. This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to advance their careers in contracts and commercial administration.
