Job description
Role Overview
Saudi Arabian Trading & Construction Co. (SATCO) is looking for an experienced Contracts and Commercial Manager to oversee contract management and commercial operations for a significant construction project in Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the administration of contracts, including handling notices and all correspondence with the Employer.
- Prepare detailed valuations and manage interim payment certificates to ensure accurate financial tracking.
- Provide support in managing claims, contract variations, and mitigate commercial risks associated with the project.
Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in contract and commercial management, ideally within GCC countries.
- Application open to both Saudi nationals and expatriates.
- Expatriate applicants must currently reside in Saudi Arabia and possess a transferable Iqama.
- Candidates should be available for immediate joining.
