About the Role
Join Group Q New Zealand Limited as a contract trainer based in Christchurch / South Island, contributing to shaping safer workplaces across the country. Through our Good Drills and Good Space programmes, we collaborate with New Zealand organisations to empower leaders and frontline teams with skills to handle abuse, aggression, violence, and difficult customer interactions.
Who We're Looking For
- Individuals with backgrounds such as former New Zealand Police officers, military professionals, emergency services personnel, first responders, security experts, or those with similar operational experience.
- People who easily connect with diverse groups, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and understand customer-facing environments.
- Those capable of confidently facilitating sessions, bringing warmth, authenticity, and credibility.
- Passionate about fostering development and promoting safer workplace cultures.
Role Responsibilities
- Deliver dynamic workshops and leadership programmes focused on safety and security.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
- Lead practical discussions on safety, security, and human behaviour topics.
- Support organisations to enhance their culture and capabilities.
- Act as a representative for a respected and expanding New Zealand business.
