Job description
Overview
We are looking for a proactive Contract Officer to become part of our Contract Hub team within the Client Engagement Group. This role involves supporting contract management and procurement activities under limited supervision, focusing on third-party database and transcription service agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and facilitating contract administration across a specific portfolio.
- Ensuring adherence to procurement, financial, and governance standards while targeting quality business results.
- Providing expert guidance on contract-related matters to business stakeholders.
- Maintaining supplier relationships and assisting with procurement procedures.
- Overseeing contract spending and assessing performance metrics.
- Participating in continuous improvement efforts to enhance contract management effectiveness.
Additional Information
This position may be filled on either a permanent or fixed-term basis and is available in multiple locations including Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Melbourne CBD, Penrith, Sydney CBD, and Upper Mount Gravatt.
