About The Role
Join a leading Canadian financial cooperative as a Contract Administrator within our Group Benefits department. This regular full-time role operates in English and follows a hybrid work model, requiring two days onsite in Regina, Saskatchewan. Our team is dedicated to delivering client-centered solutions aligned with cooperative values and innovative technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and issue new group insurance policies and accompanying booklets for clients.
- Review policy amendment requests, investigate any missing or conflicting details, and prepare finalized amendment documents.
- Handle requests for letters of agreement, ensuring all necessary information is complete and send finalized documents.
- Verify that policy booklets accurately reflect all policy updates and upload them to plan sponsors' websites as well as prepare prints for distribution.
- Analyze existing policies to identify provisions that require updates and prepare mass amendments accordingly.
- Communicate changes to service representatives and ensure booklets are updated online.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum two years experience in group benefits or related post-secondary education.

- Excellent proficiency in written communication.
- Familiarity with group insurance products and standard group policy wording preferred.

Salary
The expected salary range is $43,550 to $72,583, with actual compensation determined based on local market factors and candidate qualifications. Additional incentive pay may be earned based on individual or business performance.
