About the Role
Our client seeks a Continuous Improvement Coach to transform customer feedback and data into actionable enhancements within a multifaceted organisation. This role requires a blend of data analysis, customer experience focus, continuous improvement expertise, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret customer feedback, survey data, and other relevant sources to spot significant trends, themes, areas of dissatisfaction, and improvement opportunities.
- Convert intricate data insights into understandable and practical recommendations suited for diverse audiences.
- Lead workshops and discussions engaging various stakeholders, from frontline personnel to senior management.
- Assist teams in performing root cause analyses and developing feasible solutions for repeated issues.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships across departments, tailoring communications based on audience needs.
- Promote continuous improvement principles and motivate teams to take ownership of ongoing enhancements.
Desired Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient analytical and problem-solving capabilities to uncover patterns and root problems in datasets.
- Advanced experience with Power BI and confidence in handling data and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with customer feedback mechanisms such as NPS or Voice of Customer insight data is highly advantageous.
- Skilled in facilitating workshops, meetings, and discussions with varied audiences comfortably.
- Adept at translating data-driven insights into clear, concise messages leading to actionable steps.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to influence and build rapport across various organizational levels.
- Genuine passion for continuous improvement and enhancing organizational operations.
- Adaptable, open-minded, and receptive to feedback, with a proactive, positive mindset.
- Confident interacting within business environments, quickly establishing relationships and collaborating effectively.

- A base salary around NZD 85,000, with total remuneration including KiwiSaver contributions and bonuses reaching NZD 100,000 to 110,000.
