Role Overview

This is a full-time remote position for a Content Strategist responsible for setting content objectives, creating content frameworks, and maintaining standards that align with business goals and audience expectations. Daily tasks include drafting content roadmaps, working closely with designers, writers, and marketers, and managing content production for digital platforms. The strategist will audit current content, uncover gaps, refine the information structure, and ensure consistent messaging and tone across channels. Additionally, the role involves analyzing content performance metrics, suggesting improvements, and contributing to documentation that supports scalable content processes.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to design and execute effective content strategies and development plans.
  • Experience managing digital content libraries, including organization, maintenance, and updating.
  • Strong skills in web content creation emphasizing clarity, consistency, and engagement.
  • Track record of collaboration with cross-functional teams such as design, product, marketing, and engineering on content projects.
  • Comfortable using analytics tools to evaluate content effectiveness and guide strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and the capacity to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication abilities enabling clear presentation of content strategies to stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Preferred prior experience in content strategy or roles focused on digital product or website content.
  • Demonstrated dedication to creating inclusive and accessible content for varied audiences.
