Overview

Car Planet is seeking an imaginative and proactive Content Producer to develop and deliver captivating social media content. This role focuses on generating ideas, orchestrating video shoots, and collaborating with a team to transform concepts into compelling videos that engage audiences across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and additional platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate original and engaging ideas for social media content.
• Plan and oversee video shoot productions throughout Car Planet.
• Guide presenters and team members to appear natural and confident on camera.
• Craft briefs, scripts, and video concepts to shape content direction.
• Direct the aesthetic and filming approach of the video content.
• Collaborate closely with videographers, editors, and marketing personnel.
• Identify and adapt trending social media formats suited to Car Planet's brand.
• Produce content featuring cars, customers, employees, and behind-the-scenes activities.
• Coordinate content creation with visiting influencers and creators.
• Evaluate content performance and analyze audience engagement.
• Experiment regularly with fresh ideas, formats, and creative techniques.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in creating or directing social media content.
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube platforms.
• Confident in directing people during filming sessions.
• An aesthetic sensibility for compelling on-camera visuals.
• Strong awareness of current social media trends.
• Ability to transform simple concepts into engaging content pieces.
• Organizational skills to juggle multiple shoots and projects effectively.
• Proactive mindset with a readiness to introduce original ideas independently.
• Automotive industry experience is not mandatory; priority is given to understanding content creation and brand engagement online.

Employment Details

• Location: Enfield, United Kingdom (on-site)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
• Type: Full-time employment
• Salary Range: £30,000 to £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience
