Job description
Role Overview
This position involves being at the forefront of protecting users across sophisticated digital platforms by identifying and managing fraud, abuse, and harmful content. Each decision you make plays a crucial role in maintaining online trust and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct content moderation by reviewing platform policies, managing escalated issues, and evaluating user appeals.
- Identify risks and prevent abuses by spotting scams, spam, suspicious activities, and new forms of abuse.
- Investigate fraudulent activities such as fake accounts, payment frauds, and chargebacks, escalating high-risk issues appropriately.
Requirements
- Minimum of six months experience in Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, Data Privacy, Cybersecurity, or Legal sectors.
- Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Preferred to have familiarity with AI-based products and investigative tools, along with flexibility to adapt to changing policies.
