Role Overview
The position is a full-time, on-site Content Moderator in Dublin for Hungarian and Hebrew language content. The primary responsibility involves reviewing, assessing, and categorizing user-generated and platform content to verify adherence to community guidelines, legal standards, and company policies. This includes monitoring content queues, recognizing and escalating potential risks promptly, and accurately documenting moderation actions.
The role requires teamwork across technical and customer service departments to optimize moderation processes and ensure user safety. Providing constructive feedback for content policies specific to Hungarian and Hebrew audiences and suggesting improvements for operational workflows are key duties. The moderator will also support training activities for new team members, fostering knowledge sharing and process consistency.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate content quickly and consistently based on policy criteria.
- Superior communication skills in English along with fluency in Hungarian and/or Hebrew, both written and verbal.
- Customer service expertise to manage delicate content tactfully and maintain professionalism, ensuring a positive user environment.
- Technical proficiency with basic troubleshooting and comfortable use of online platforms, dashboards, and ticketing systems.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions, adapt to procedural changes, and assist with training and mentoring peers.
- Previous experience in content moderation, trust and safety, or related digital operational roles is advantageous.
- Capability and willingness to work on-site in Dublin with potential shift patterns, demonstrating excellent attention to detail under pressure.
- Educational background in communications, linguistics, social sciences, information technology, or equivalent practical experience is a plus.
