About the Role

Whittle Agency is seeking a dynamic and organized Content Manager & Creator to join our growing creative marketing team. If you have a strong passion for social media, a knack for content creation, and the ability to juggle multiple client projects, this role is for you. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to contribute to our agency's expansion. The ideal candidate will possess at least two years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a social media agency or an in-house marketing department. Crucially, demonstrable professional photography and videography skills are a must for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage client content calendars, ensuring timely publication of all materials.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage photo and video shoots, guiding the process from concept to final delivery.
  • Develop engaging copy for social media posts, newsletters, and various marketing collateral.
  • Actively manage and grow client communities, particularly on Instagram.
  • Design and produce visually appealing assets for Instagram posts, stories, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Lead and participate in client meetings, contributing to strategic discussions.
  • Conduct research to generate innovative content ideas aligned with client objectives.
  • Prepare monthly client reports, including performance analysis and insights.
  • Assist in the development of social media and content strategies for both new and existing clients.

Requirements

  • A minimum of two years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content management.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Proven professional experience in photography and videography.
  • Skilled in photo retouching and video editing.
  • Experience operating professional photography equipment and lighting setups.
  • Exceptional copywriting abilities for social media, newsletters, and blogs.
  • Experience in creating visual assets for social media platforms.
  • A solid understanding of social media platforms, current trends, and best practices.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and generate client reports.
  • Strong communication and client management capabilities.

Location and Additional Information

This hybrid role is based in our Wandsworth Town studio, requiring a minimum of four days per week in the office. The position reports to the Founder and Senior Content Manager. A love for dogs is essential, as we have a friendly office Labrador.
