Role Overview

Acme Creation Private Limited is seeking a talented Content Creator experienced in video editing and AI-driven content production for a flexible work-from-home position. Candidates can choose part-time or full-time engagement. The Content Creator will transform supplied raw footage into polished short videos and carousels suitable for social media publication.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit supplied raw video and photo content accessed through Google Drive into finalized reels and carousels.
• Process Insta360 X5 360° footage by reframing and flattening it with appropriate editing software before trimming.
• Produce reels 45–60 seconds in length with an engaging hook within the initial 3 seconds and entrance text appearing within the first 2 seconds.
• Handle action, drone, and off-road footage edits ensuring authentic ambient sounds like engine and wind remain prominent audio layers.
• Include licensed background music selectively where necessary, avoiding trending or unlicensed tracks.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools for rough cutting, subtitle creation, and content repurposing while maintaining human oversight over final clip selection.
• Create short-form videos tailored for Instagram Reels and occasionally longer edits for YouTube from the same footage archives.
• Export final content in the correct format (1080×1920 resolution) with no watermarks and active audio, ready for scheduling.

Workflow and Approval Process

• Applicants must complete at least five sample edits from provided raw footage as part of the application process.
• Each edited video must receive final approval or rejection directly from the Director; iterative minor revisions are not part of the workflow.
• Actual publishing of content is managed only after Director approval; no candidate posts content directly to platforms.

Candidate Requirements

• At least one year of professional experience in video editing or content creation.
• Proficient in editing action footage, drone shots, and 360-degree video material.
• Experienced using AI-powered video editing applications and comfortable with popular editors like VN or CapCut on desktop or mobile.
• Demonstrated ability to produce engaging short-form content, specifically Instagram Reels.
• Strong visual storytelling skills supported by creativity.
• Capable of working independently from home while consistently meeting deadlines.

Compensation and Eligibility

• Part-time remuneration: Rs. 15,000 per month.
• Full-time remuneration: Rs. 20,000 per month.
• Open to both male and female candidates.
