About the Role

Bubber S Handicraft House is seeking a passionate and imaginative Junior Content Creator to join our team in Jaipur. The selected candidate will be responsible for crafting captivating social media content, primarily for Instagram, focusing on short videos like Reels that highlight our brand's handicrafts and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and publish regular Instagram Reels and other social media content on a daily or scheduled basis.
• Capture product videos, behind-the-scenes clips, team and founder testimonials, and inventive Reels that resonate with the audience.
• Generate fresh and trend-conscious content ideas aligned with current Instagram trends, viral sounds, and formats.
• Utilize smartphones or cameras to shoot high-quality video content.
• Edit short-form videos and Reels employing tools such as CapCut, VN, Canva, or comparable software.
• Create engaging narratives around handicrafts, gifting items, festivals, Jaipur culture, craftsmanship, and the brand's story.
• Support product photography and video shooting sessions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with the content calendar.
• Transform existing photos and video clips into attractive social media materials.
• Ensure brand consistency through maintaining a unified visual style.

Candidate Requirements

• Basic familiarity with Instagram and Reels functionalities.
• Foundational skills in video shooting and editing.
• A creative mindset coupled with eagerness to learn and innovate.
• Strong grasp of social media trends and audience preferences.
• Capability to work independently and proactively suggest new ideas.
• Clear communication skills.
• Preferably basic proficiency in editing tools like CapCut, Canva, or VN.
• Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio or demonstrable content skills are welcome.

Desirable Qualifications

• Previous experience in creating Instagram Reels or other social media content.
• Basic expertise in photography and video shooting.
• Experience with lifestyle, fashion, gifting, handicraft, jewelry, or retail brands is advantageous.
• Comfortable appearing on camera for video content when needed.

Compensation

The role offers a monthly salary between 12000 and 16000 INR.
