About Stride To Conquer
Stride To Conquer (STRIDE) is a streetwear label dedicated to individuals who aim beyond the average and strive for ambitious achievements. The brand features bold graphic apparel through collections like UNCOMMON, designed for a community that prizes uniqueness and determination. More than apparel, STRIDE represents a movement promoting self-expression and perseverance, granting community members early access to new product launches and networking opportunities with like-minded individuals who embody the 'stride to conquer' spirit. STRIDE fosters a culture rooted in creativity, ambition, and genuine authenticity.

Daily responsibilities include organizing and implementing content schedules, producing engaging photos and videos, crafting captivating captions and brief copy, and collaborating closely with design and marketing teams to ensure consistency in visuals and messaging. The role requires active participation in photo and video shoots, recording behind-the-scenes footage, and engaging directly with the online community through comments, messages, and live interactions. Monitoring content performance, suggesting enhancements, and aiding in brand growth and audience engagement are also integral parts of the job.

- Highly organized with keen attention to detail, skilled in juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Previous experience working with content creation, social media, fashion, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
- Willingness and comfort to work onsite in Kigali, actively participating in brand events, shoots, and community engagements.
