Role Purpose and Culture

VaynerMedia APAC embodies a diverse and collaborative culture, focusing on innovative strategies that connect people to brands through attention and culture. The team is over 300 strong, servicing a wide range of clients across the APAC region.

Role Summary

As a Content Creator at VaynerMedia, you will act as both a strategic thinker and an active creator. Your passion for pop culture and expertise in social media, especially TikTok, will enable you to craft engaging content that resonates with contemporary audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Possess deep knowledge and expertise of TikTok and other social media platforms.
• Design engaging digital and social content across multiple formats and platforms.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud software, including After Effects and Premiere Pro, to produce content.
• Ensure content maintains visual consistency relating to color, texture, font, and branding.
• Maintain appropriate visual content types such as images, videos, and other asset formats.
• Exhibit a strong aesthetic sense coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
• Lead projects from initial concept through to execution independently and collaboratively.
• Contribute strong conceptual and brainstorming ideas to support content development.
• Accept and provide constructive feedback effectively.
• Demonstrate self-motivation, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
• Engage deeply with pop culture trends and demonstrate cultural immersion.
• Identify and innovate leveraging emerging digital platforms and trends.
• Understand online colloquial language and internet trends.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong time management skills.
