Job Overview

We are seeking a creative Content Creator to become a vital part of our team at Al Tafasil Acrylic Works in Ajman. We desire an individual who generates original ideas rather than just filming and editing content. This role involves transforming our products, client requests, and behind-the-scenes moments into engaging content that captivates audiences and keeps them watching until the end.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop innovative and unique concepts for Reels and TikTok videos.
• Write compelling hooks, ideas, and scripts for content.
• Keep up with trending topics and adapt them to align with the company’s brand identity.
• Convert products and customer orders into attractive storytelling content.
• Create ongoing interactive content series and ideas.
• Collaborate with the videographer to bring ideas into actual content.
• Monitor content performance and refine ideas based on results.

Candidate Requirements

• Highly creative with unconventional ideas.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok platforms and content creation techniques.
• Insight into the preferences of Arab audiences and what captivates their attention.
• Ability to transform concepts into hooks, stories, and final content effectively.
• Excellent oral and written Arabic communication skills.
• A portfolio or previous work samples is required.
• Practical, proactive, and eager to experiment with new ideas.
