Key Responsibilities

- Determine the appropriate communication channels for different messages and establish guidelines to maintain channel consistency in coordination with product and support divisions.
- Create engaging brand and product copy, covering offerings such as inventory financing and sales dialogues.
- Develop and update an Arabic terminology list to standardize product, role, action, and status nomenclature across all customer-facing materials.
- Author and implement an Arabic editorial style guide along with tone protocols tailored to each communication channel.
- Ensure a uniform and coherent brand voice spanning all channels for both company brands.
- Compile and manage customer support manuals and macro libraries, providing training to the support staff.
- Generate Arabic content for the company websites, including Autobia and Qasima Plus.
- Collaborate with growth marketing teams to establish baseline message performance metrics and evaluate the effects of content modifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media, Literature, Marketing, or closely related disciplines.
- 4 to 7 years of professional experience writing in Modern Standard Arabic.
- Demonstrated success in end-to-end management of messaging systems, such as customer lifecycle, support documentation, or product content.
- Expertise in editorial standards including style guide creation, terminology control, and consistent content delivery at scale.
- Ability to analyze customer support and engagement data and adjust communication strategies accordingly.
- Strong Arabic writing capabilities complemented by functional English proficiency for internal communications.
Preferred Skills
- Background in fintech, buy-now-pay-later, marketplaces, or e-commerce sectors.
- Experience with WhatsApp Business API and support tools like Crisp.
- Capacity to thrive in dynamic, rapidly expanding environments with flexible workflows.
