About the Role

SULIYAN COMPANY seeks a bilingual Creative Thinker based in Jeddah to transform client briefs into compelling ideas and presentations. This position involves managing the entire creative process from concept development to content creation and finalized presentations, collaborating closely with strategy, account, and design teams.

Responsibilities

• Interpret client briefs into innovative campaign concepts, creative platforms, and overarching ideas.
• Develop detailed concept routes with clear explanations, messaging, and example executions.
• Construct mood boards and visual aids to vividly illustrate each concept.
• Anchor concepts in Saudi culture, audience insights, and relevant local events.
• Create bilingual Arabic and English content including taglines, campaign copy, social media text, scripts, and brand messaging.
• Develop brand stories, tone guidelines, and thematic content pillars.
• Plan and schedule content to implement ideas across various platforms.
• Adapt a single concept for diverse media formats including social, digital, print, and outdoor advertising.
• Design and assemble pitch decks, client proposals, and campaign presentations with coherent storylines and polished visuals.
• Produce bilingual decks respecting right-to-left Arabic formatting.
• Translate strategic documents and data into persuasive visual presentations.
• Assist in preparing and refining presentations for client engagements.

Requirements

• Fluency in both Arabic (preferably Saudi dialect) and professional English with excellent bilingual writing skills.
• 3 to 5 years' experience in concept development, copywriting, or content creation within an agency setting in Saudi Arabia or the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.
• Strong portfolio showcasing pitch decks and client proposal creations.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Keynote; familiarity with Google Slides is advantageous.
• Basic skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign for creating visuals in presentations.
• Experience utilizing AI tools for mood boards and concept visualization such as Midjourney or Firefly.
• Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to articulate the reasoning behind each idea.
• Good eye for design elements including layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines related to pitches.
• Residency in Jeddah or willingness to relocate.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience presenting to government bodies or large Saudi enterprises.
• Understanding of marketing strategies and consumer insights.
• Skills in Figma or Canva for quick visual asset creation.
