Job description
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Contact Centre Agent 2IC to serve as the initial point of contact for patients associated with our radiology services. This full-time permanent role involves structured shifts from Monday to Friday, working eight hours between 8am and 5:30pm at our Five Dock location in New South Wales.
Key Responsibilities
- Promptly answer and manage phone bookings across the Inner West region, maintaining a professional approach on all inquiries.
- Offer empathetic support and clear guidance to patients during calls.
- Work collaboratively with fellow contact centre agents to adhere to service level targets.
- Develop effective working relationships with technical staff, clerical teams, patients, and referring professionals.
- Potential opportunity to transition to hybrid work arrangements in the future.
Qualifications and Experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with aptitude in managing appointments efficiently.
- Proficiency and comfort in navigating multiple software systems and technologies.
- Empathy and interpersonal skills to connect with a diverse patient base, utilizing life experience to enhance communication.
- No prior contact centre experience is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided, including radiology process education.
