Role Overview

The Contact Center Officer will oversee both inbound and outbound customer interactions, addressing inquiries efficiently while advocating for the bank's digital services. This position serves as the essential contact point, bridging the bank and its clientele, delivering timely, accurate assistance through various communication channels and upholding the institution’s service excellence and product promotion objectives.

Educational and Professional Requirements

• At least three years of relevant professional experience in a similar role
