Job description

Role Overview

This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with the global Data Acquisition team to analyze market data across Europe, focusing on Germany. The Consumer Panel Administrator will manage data acquisition processes and maintain a sample of 30,000 Consumer Panel households, supporting panel expansion projects and ensuring smooth operational hand-offs by liaising with local partners like Statistical Operations and Input Validation teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out data acquisition and related project tasks specific to the German market, including handling local data queries and providing language-specific assistance one to two days weekly.
  • Oversee survey activities with panel members such as testing questionnaires, validating data, launching surveys, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to governance and quality standards.
  • Maintain the panel sample through recruitment planning and managing replacements as necessary.
  • Design and deploy panel member engagement and motivation strategies, including incentives like reward points and gifts, supported by targeted communications.
  • Serve as the primary local liaison for global external service providers like helpdesk teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Input Validation and Statistical Operations departments as outlined in operational guidelines and project requirements.
  • Lead and coordinate local operational efforts in Germany, actively driving initiatives for the Panel Expansion Project and working with stakeholders to meet project and business goals.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in both English and German languages.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential.
  • Familiarity with Python or R programming languages is a plus.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to shifting deadlines and priorities is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience handling and manipulating data.
  • Strong documentation skills with an ability to prioritize and maintain records efficiently.
  • Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within teams.
  • Knowledge of French language is an added advantage.
