Consultant - Transformation Full-Stack Development

About the Role

We are looking to hire a highly motivated Full-Stack Software Engineer dedicated to creating robust, high-performance web applications that combine technical rigor with business needs. This role involves end-to-end feature development, from eliciting requirements with stakeholders to deploying final solutions, emphasizing clean architecture and cooperative design efforts to build scalable, maintainable software.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, code, and test scalable backend and frontend software applications.
• Contribute to designing scalable microservice and microfrontend architectures using frameworks like React and Angular.
• Create and maintain efficient RESTful APIs capable of handling large data volumes and facilitating smooth enterprise system interactions.
• Lead modernization efforts to refactor legacy systems toward contemporary technologies such as Java Spring Boot and ASP.NET Core, minimizing technical debt.
• Design and optimize relational database schemas and data persistence layers using SQL Server, Oracle, or Entity Framework Core.
• Develop responsive and interactive web dashboards/portals with Blazor and Angular to improve user experience.
• Provide mentorship to junior developers and interns, advocating best practices like Test-Driven Development (TDD) and SOLID design principles.

Desired Additional Experience

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS for application deployment and infrastructure management.
• Understanding of DevOps methodologies, including automated CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes, or Terraform.
• Background in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Arabic is required.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in full-stack software engineering.
• Proficiencies in programming languages: C#, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL.
• Strong backend expertise in .NET (ASP.NET Core) and Java (Spring Boot).
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks, particularly Angular.
• Comprehensive knowledge of architectural patterns including Clean Architecture, CQRS, and Microservices.
• Experience with mobile development is a plus.
