Consultant TechnologyOne - Talent Pooling

Position Overview

We seek experienced Business Consultants skilled in TechnologyOne to collaborate intimately with clients. The role involves analyzing business requirements, evaluating solutions, and applying the most effective methods to fulfill client objectives efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to identify and define their business needs.
• Assist clients in resolving business challenges and facilitating improvements.
• Conduct gap analyses comparing client requirements against TechnologyOne software capabilities.
• Plan, strategize, and oversee deployments across business applications teams.
• Design, implement, and deliver solutions aimed at optimizing business functions and enhancing user experience.
• Submit change requests for required system enhancements.
• Ensure clients are maximizing benefit from their TechnologyOne systems through collaboration.
• Support the advancement of internal delivery methodologies.
• Guide clients in simplifying, modernizing, and optimizing business applications.

Working Conditions

• Permanent positions available on full-time and part-time basis.
• Remote work permitted anywhere across New Zealand.
• Occasional travel may be required for business purposes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience consulting on TechnologyOne or equivalent user experience.
• At least 2 years working with TechnologyOne Core Enterprise Suite (CES) including CI and CIA modules.
• Preferred expertise in TechnologyOne Financials, HRP, or Property and Rating modules.
• Skilled at documenting functional specifications and requirement artifacts.
• Proficient in analyzing customer needs and advising on leveraging software solutions.
• Capable of engaging with stakeholders across technical and non-technical backgrounds at various organizational levels.
• Strong client relationship-building abilities.
• Familiarity with TechnologyOne technical tools such as XLOne Reporting and Business Process Automation (BPA).
• Confidence in delivering training sessions, both face-to-face and remotely, to diverse audiences.
• Proven teamwork and self-motivation, coupled with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
• A commitment to continuous improvement.
• Tertiary qualification in a relevant field is required.
