Job Overview

We are seeking a Consultant specializing in Public Relations and Communication to serve one of our valued clients. The core responsibility involves issuing publications and media programs designed to showcase the agency's roles, activities, and functions, working closely with relevant administrative departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and review articles published across newspapers and various media platforms concerning the agency and its operations. Summarize these findings for leadership and prepare appropriate responses.
• Liaise with administrative units to develop and execute awareness and educational initiatives related to the agency’s work. This includes organizing diverse events and activities in partnership with associated entities.
• Manage incoming visitor requests and complaints by directing them to appropriate administrative units and ensuring timely responses to inquiries.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have between 6 to 20 years of experience in Public Relations and Communication departments.
