About the Role
We are presenting an exciting opportunity for the position of Consultant Pediatrician at a reputed hospital, a leader in its territory and segment. The role is based across multiple locations including Ambikapur, Tilda Neora, Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh), Bharuch and Khedbrahma (Gujarat), Bahadurgarh (Haryana), Mainpuri, Mungra Badshahpur, Sambhal (Uttar Pradesh), Chittorgarh (Rajasthan), Shajapur, Pithampur, Satna, Harda (Madhya Pradesh), and Jalna (Maharashtra).
Position Details
- Position: Consultant Pediatrician
- Department: Pediatrics
- Practice settings include Super Specialty, Multispecialty Hospitals, and Diagnostic Centres
- Hospital capacity ranges from 50 to 300 beds with 24/7 services
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive child health care, including monitoring growth and immunization.
- Manage pediatric emergencies and provide care in NICU and PICU settings.
- Diagnose pediatric illnesses and administer vaccinations.
- Offer counseling to parents regarding child health and care.
- Maintain a regular work schedule of eight hours daily, inclusive of emergency duty commitments.
Qualifications and Experience
- MBBS, MD, DNB, or DCH qualification compliant with National Medical Commission norms.
- Experience ranging from zero to ten years in pediatric practice.
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting salary slab of up to 300,000 INR per month plus incentives and accommodation.
- Benefits include Sundays off and 22 standard leaves annually.
- Final remuneration will be negotiated based on skill set and experience.
Additional Details
- Notice period acceptable up to one month.
- Working hours consist of eight hours per day plus emergency duties as required.
