Consultant IVF Specialist

Job Overview

We are looking for a proficient Consultant specializing in IVF and reproductive medicine to join our team in Dubai. This role involves providing expert fertility care through thorough evaluation and tailored management of patients undergoing fertility treatments.

Primary Duties

• Assess and manage individuals facing infertility and reproductive health issues.
• Create personalized fertility treatment approaches grounded in patient history, diagnostic tests, and clinical insights.
• Carry out and supervise IVF and a broad range of assisted reproductive technologies (ART).
• Handle ovulation induction, ovarian stimulation, egg collection, embryo transfer, and other related fertility treatments.
• Continuously monitor patients during fertility treatment cycles via ultrasound imaging and hormone level evaluations.
• Deliver pre-treatment counseling covering treatment procedures, possible risks, advantages, and anticipated outcomes.
• Address complicated infertility scenarios and manage any treatment-related complications.
• Work in close collaboration with embryologists, nursing staff, and other specialists in fertility care.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation and adhere to medical and regulatory standards.
• Provide compassionate, patient-focused support throughout the fertility process.

Qualifications and Experience

• Medical degree such as MBBS, MD, or equivalent.
• Consultant or specialist certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology, Reproductive Medicine, or Fertility Medicine.
• Advanced fellowship or specialized training in IVF or assisted reproductive technologies.
• Preferably Western Board certification or specialist training from Western countries.
• Valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) license or eligibility to practice as a Consultant in Dubai.
• Demonstrated experience in IVF and broader fertility therapies.
• In-depth understanding of reproductive endocrinology and fertility technologies.
• Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on patient counseling and management.

Preferred Credentials

• Clinical background or consultant role training in Western nations such as the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, or Western Europe.
• Experience handling complex IVF challenges, including recurrent implantation failures.
• Expertise in fertility preservation techniques and endocrinology.
• Knowledge of donor programs if applicable.
• Track record of successful clinical outcomes using evidence-based fertility approaches.
