Position Overview

KPMG India is seeking experienced and driven professionals to join our team for a prestigious Program Management Unit (PMU) project based in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in engineering, planning, finance, or strategy, possessing a postgraduate degree and experience in program management within public or private sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing advisory assignments and PMU mandates for clients in public or private sectors.
• Handling bid process management activities including Expression of Interest (EoI), Request for Quotation (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP), and similar procedures.
• Conducting financial analysis and developing financial models to support decision-making.
• Overseeing project monitoring, stakeholder engagement, and overall program management tasks.
• Utilizing ERP platforms effectively where applicable to enhance operational processes.

Requirements

• Postgraduate qualification in Engineering, Planning, MBA (Finance or Strategy), or an equivalent field.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in advisory or program management roles.
• Proficiency in bid process procedures and financial modeling.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of Malayalam language (speaking and reading) is advantageous.
