Construction / Site Supervisor

Role Overview

We seek a dependable, proactive Construction Supervisor to manage daily activities on construction sites, coordinate labor and subcontractors, oversee material handling, and ensure projects adhere to schedules, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site civil construction activities, continuously monitor progress, and provide daily updates to the project engineer or management team.
• Effectively allocate tasks among masons, carpenters, bar benders, and general laborers to guarantee timely execution of assigned work.
• Inspect all incoming raw materials including cement, steel, sand, and aggregates; supervise inventory levels, minimize material wastage, and communicate procurement requirements.
• Maintain quality assurance by ensuring all work follows design plans and quality standards while strictly enforcing safety protocols on-site.
• Validate completed work and perform preliminary measurements necessary for billing labor and contractors.
• Promptly identify and escalate any construction delays, technical issues, or shortages encountered during site operations.
