Job description
Role Overview
The Site Supervisor is responsible for managing daily construction activities to guarantee projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and adhere strictly to approved engineering plans and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings accurately.
- Confirm accuracy of building layouts, excavation boundaries, shuttering, and steel reinforcement placements before concrete work.
- Monitor daily progress to ensure construction timelines are met and address delays proactively.
- Oversee on-site labor and ensure all necessary equipment is available and operational.
