About the Role

Shree Sai Engineering in Chennai is looking to hire a Marketing & Site Supervisor specialized in civil engineering projects. This role involves overseeing daily site operations, coordinating with labor teams, and handling client communications including basic marketing tasks. The supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that flooring and civil work are completed according to set quality and safety standards, alongside maintaining comprehensive site records and liaising with the office team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee daily activities on construction sites
• Manage and guide labor teams effectively
• Conduct meetings with clients and engage in fundamental marketing initiatives
• Ensure all flooring and civil works adhere to quality standards
• Keep detailed site documentation and coordinate with internal office personnel
• Monitor and enforce safety and quality protocols at all sites

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory
• Experience in site supervision is preferred
• Strong leadership and good communication skills required
• Willingness to travel to various project locations
