Construction / Site Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations on a road and bridge construction project located in Mizoram. The role involves managing labor and materials on site, coordinating with the project team, maintaining daily progress documentation, and ensuring that construction quality and safety standards are met to achieve timely project completion.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities related to road and bridge construction work.
• Manage labor force and materials efficiently to support the construction process.
• Coordinate closely with the project site team to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain detailed daily records of project progress and activities.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety regulations throughout the project duration.
• Work towards completing the project within the scheduled timeframe.

Requirements

• Any educational qualification is acceptable.
• Preferably 2 to 5 years of experience in road and bridge construction projects.
• Willingness to stay onsite at the Mizoram project location for the duration of the assignment.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position based onsite at the project location in Mizoram.

Compensation

Monthly salary range: 15,000 to 25,000 Indian Rupees.
