Job Overview

We seek a Construction / Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at construction sites, coordinate teams, track work progress, and guarantee the timely and safe completion of projects. The role demands relevant hands-on experience and competence in AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction and site activities ensuring alignment with project schedules.
• Track work progress and verify adherence to project specifications and deadlines.
• Collaborate effectively with workers, contractors, and other onsite personnel.
• Manage and ensure the correct utilization of materials, tools, and equipment at the site.
• Interpret and apply technical drawings and layouts in daily tasks.
• Employ AutoCAD software for reviewing and facilitating site-related drawings.
• Maintain detailed site documentation and provide frequent progress reports.
• Enforce safety protocols and site procedures rigorously.
• Address and resolve routine on-site challenges efficiently.

Qualification & Experience

• Education: Diploma in a relevant field; BE/B.Tech and Mechanical Engineering diplomas preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction site supervision.
• Basic proficiency in English for communication.

Skills Required

• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Strong site supervision and team coordination capabilities.
• Experience monitoring construction activities.
• Ability to comprehend technical drawings.
• Effective problem-solving skills.

Working Hours and Conditions

This is a full-time position operating during day shifts.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹30,000, fixed.
• Annual bonus.
