Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager with extensive background in managing large-scale construction endeavors, particularly within the pharmaceutical sector. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 15 years of overall construction experience and have direct managerial exposure of at least 3 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring timelines and standards are met.
- Lead and coordinate activities related to pharmaceutical plant construction initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with construction regulations and company policies throughout the project life cycle.
Experience and Requirements
- At least 15 years of total construction industry experience.
- Minimum of 3 years in a Construction Manager role overseeing projects.
- Prior experience handling no less than two pharmaceutical construction projects is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech or B.E.) is required.
