A renowned global law firm is looking for a skilled litigation lawyer to become part of their supportive team located in Toronto. This role focuses on handling complex construction-related litigation and arbitration cases.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice and representation on complicated construction litigation and arbitration matters.
- Effectively communicate with clients to ensure clear understanding and case progress.
- Lead, supervise and mentor junior legal staff within the litigation team.
- Collaborate with team members on sophisticated legal files in a collegial and supportive work setting.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of seven years post-call experience in construction litigation and arbitration law.
- Strong client communication abilities.
- Capability to manage and guide junior team members.
