Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Construction Laborer based onsite in Dublin. The successful candidate will assist with various aspects of tile installation, surface preparation for flooring, masonry works, and general construction duties. Typical tasks include unloading and loading materials, mixing mortars or adhesives, cutting and laying tiles, preparing work surfaces, and aiding renovation projects. The role requires maintaining cleanliness and safety on site, observing health and safety protocols, and supporting skilled tradespeople to complete work on time and to specification.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience or a strong enthusiasm for construction and renovation activities.
• Basic skills or exposure to masonry and flooring, especially in tile applications.
• Ability to comprehend and follow instructions, conduct simple research on materials or techniques, and adapt according to job site requirements.
• Understanding of workplace health and safety practices and willingness to consistently use personal protective equipment.
• Physically capable of lifting heavy materials, standing for long durations, and working outdoors under different weather conditions.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to collaborate well within a team setting.
• Prior construction or tile installation experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Must be authorized to work in Ireland and able to travel to various job sites within Dublin.
