About the Role

This position involves managing the configuration and maintenance of software solutions and related technological elements for Wipro’s client projects. The role emphasizes adherence to client requirements and standards while ensuring timely execution and high quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with application configuration as per client needs.
• Gather configuration requirements from various business units and secure approval from designated business owners.
• Plan and complete assigned configuration tasks within stipulated deadlines.
• Provide ongoing configuration support adapting to evolving business requirements.
• Support system analysis, design, development, and testing processes.
• Aid in the deployment and testing of patch releases and system upgrades.
• Maintain and update the configuration archive consistently.
• Ensure full compliance with configuration standards and procedures.
• Modify existing configuration workflows to meet client demands and document all changes.
• Promptly analyze and resolve configuration-related issues.
• Manage MIS, prepare reports, and provide backend support related to configuration.
• Generate daily and monthly status reports on configuration parameters as requested by clients and stakeholders.
• Document configuration standards and reporting requirements based on client specifications.
• Resolve client modification requests efficiently with minimal turnaround time.

Deliverables

• Continuous integration and deployment processes with zero errors in onboarding and implementation.
• Adherence to throughput percentages and project schedules.
• Ensure quality and customer satisfaction with timely delivery and effective query resolution.
• Completion of required certifications for professional skill enhancement.

Mandatory Skills

• Expertise in Oracle CPQ Cloud configuration.

Experience Required

3 to 5 years of relevant experience in similar roles.
