Overview

A retail supermarket in Manaus is looking for a skilled Confeiteiro to join their team. The position involves preparing doughs, fillings, and toppings for sweets and desserts, ensuring products are crafted and finalized with careful attention to presentation and quality standards. The candidate will also manage ingredient organization and support proper storage of finished items.

Responsibilities

• Create and prepare various doughs, fillings, and frostings used in sweet and dessert production.
• Complete and decorate confectionery items maintaining high standards of visual appeal and quality.
• Organize and manage ingredients and assist in the appropriate conservation of finished products.

Requirements

• Completed secondary education (high school diploma).
• Prior experience in similar roles is mandatory.
• Previous experience such as Baker, Pastry Chef, Confectionery Assistant, or Cake Decorator is advantageous.
