About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Concrete Foreman along with experienced Civil Concreters and Form Workers to join our growing team operating on projects across the Fraser Coast. This is a unique chance to work with a leading civil contractor focused on infrastructure tasks such as curb and gully tie-ins, gully pits, stormwater manholes, head walls, wing walls, and footpaths.
Responsibilities and Growth
- Operate consistently with a steady schedule alongside an experienced crew.

- Utilize provided tools, including company vehicles and fuel cards, supporting your work.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficient in steel fixing, formwork setup, and concrete placement.
- Capable of interpreting plans and detailed drawings accurately.
- Possess a strong safety mindset tailored to civil construction sites.
- Exhibit a strong work ethic and collaborate well within close-knit teams.
- Experience in civil construction, particularly with sewer, stormwater, or water infrastructure, is highly valued.
