Role Overview

As a Concierge within the Front of House team, you will serve as the vital connection for guests, representing Adare Manor and providing authoritative knowledge about the resort. Your role is pivotal in crafting seamless, personalized, and memorable stays for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate within one of Europe's most magnificent and authentic five-star hotel lobbies, blending historic grandeur with local charm.
• Assist guests before their arrival by designing customized itineraries, gathering their preferences, and coordinating with relevant departments.
• Offer personalized suggestions founded on in-depth awareness of local attractions, dining establishments, and activities to suit diverse guest profiles.
• Manage on-site activities by collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners.
• Address guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests promptly and ensure effective communication across the resort.
• Provide support to the broader Front of House team during daily operations as needed.
• Collaborate with a team of passionate and charismatic hoteliers dedicated to delivering arrivals and departures that exceed guest expectations.

Candidate Profile

• Proactive, resourceful, and motivated to continually exceed standards.
• Prior experience in Front of House or comparable guest service positions is preferred.
