About the Role

GomyGPS invites applications for the position of Computer Operator at our Borivali location. This position demands fundamental proficiency in Excel and a keenness to acquire skills related to installing GPS tracking devices in vehicles. Comprehensive training encompassing GPS installation, software utilization, activation, and troubleshooting will be supplied by the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Input and update customer, vehicle, and GPS device information using Excel and proprietary software.
• Maintain detailed installation logs and daily operational reports.
• Perform installation of GPS tracking devices on cars following training completion.
• Conduct operational checks to verify tracking device functionality and accurate vehicle location display.
• Liaise with customers and the support team for installation scheduling and activation procedures.
• Assist with routine tracker inspections and basic maintenance service tasks.

Candidate Profile

• Possess basic computer skills with familiarity in MS Excel.
• Attention to detail in data entry and record maintenance.
• Motivated to learn vehicle GPS installation and fundamental wiring techniques.
• Display reliability, punctuality, and comfort with both desk-based and hands-on duties.
• Proficient in Hindi communication; Marathi language skills are an added advantage.
• Open to freshers and individuals with prior experience; GPS installation experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
