Job description
Job Overview
This role is based in the Chandni & Howrah areas, with the office located at P-38, Princep Street, Mission Row Extension, Esplanade, Kolkata. The position requires full-time engagement during day shifts and candidates should have at least two years of relevant experience.
Primary Responsibilities
- Install and repair computers, laptops, printers, and manage LAN/networking setups.
- Set up, configure, and maintain CCTV systems including IP and analog cameras, DVRs, NVRs, biometric devices, and intercom systems.
- Conduct site visits to client locations for support and maintenance services.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and operating system troubleshooting.
- Fundamental understanding of CCTV installation and networking.
- Experience in field service operations with effective customer interaction skills.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from ₹12,000 to ₹20,000.
- Additional compensation includes overtime pay and an annual bonus.
- Travel allowances including petrol and mobile reimbursements.
- Project-based commission incentives.
