Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Collaborate internationally to design and build a top-tier Compliance platform that balances regulatory adherence with superior user experience.
• Interpret business needs and draft comprehensive Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) to ensure timely and on-scope project execution.
• Engage regularly with Engineers, Designers, Compliance teams, and Customer Service to prioritize and deliver high-value product features.
• Monitor and analyze critical performance indicators to troubleshoot issues and promote ongoing enhancements.
• Continuously refine workflow designs to guarantee intuitive, efficient operations that boost productivity and user satisfaction.
• Partner with Regional and Global leadership alongside various stakeholders for smooth product implementation.
• Clearly communicate new functionalities and improvements to end-users and internal teams.

Experience and Qualifications

• Between 5 to 8 years of solid experience as a Product Manager, ideally within technology, fintech, finance, or blockchain sectors.
• Hands-on knowledge or strong understanding of Compliance operations, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Transaction Monitoring processes, is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrable success in steering complex projects and delivering scalable solutions under fast-moving, dynamic conditions.
• Proficiency managing the entire product lifecycle, preferably utilizing Agile methodologies.
• Superior time management and organizational capabilities, with a skill for prioritizing objectively.
• Analytical thinker adept at outlining logical reasoning, assumptions, and potential risks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working collaboratively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proactive, self-driven professional comfortable operating in a high-velocity, cross-functional, results-oriented environment.
