Job description
Job Overview
The Compliance Case Coordinator works closely with the Case Manager within the Ethics and Compliance department to oversee investigations from initial receipt through to final resolution.
Key Duties
- Manage complaint intake received through multiple channels.
- Record and document all case-related interactions and activities.
- Monitor the progression of investigations to ensure timely completion.
- Administer legal hold processes as required.
- Compile detailed reports and support documentation throughout the investigation lifecycle.
- Maintain case files that are accurate, current, and meet compliance with legal standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree.
- Over five years’ experience in healthcare, compliance, or a related sector.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and case management systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Ability to work autonomously in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
- Preferred skills: data analytics expertise, critical thinking ability, and strict adherence to confidentiality principles.
Additional Information
Occasional travel may be required to facilitate investigation-related activities.
