Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Competitive Exams Trainer to educate students in multiple subjects aimed at government and competitive exams such as TNPSC, RRB, TET, and SSC. The role involves developing instructional materials, delivering engaging lessons, and tracking student progress to ensure effective learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive training sessions covering aptitude, English literature, science (including physics, biology, botany, chemistry), social science, history, geography, politics, economics, mathematics, and current affairs for competitive exams preparation.
• Design and prepare lesson plans and educational materials tailored to exam requirements.
• Perform regular assessments and evaluations to monitor student performance and offer constructive feedback.
• Coordinate with fellow trainers to maintain uniformity in content delivery and teaching methods.
• Record and maintain student related data such as attendance, grades, and overall performance systematically.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 1 to 3 years of relevant teaching or tutoring experience focusing on competitive exams including TNPSC, RRB, TET, Bank exams, SSC, Economics, and Social Studies.
• Hold strong subject expertise, preferably with a B.Tech degree or equivalent.
• Exhibit excellent communication abilities and flexibility in teaching styles to meet diverse student needs.
• Demonstrate capability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
