Foxconn is seeking an experienced Compensation Benefits Specialist to join our team at Chihuahua, Mexico. This role requires a blend of expertise in compensation and benefits management alongside knowledge of HR operations and hiring processes.

Primary Responsibilities and Skills

• Deliver compensation and benefits solutions based on 2 to 3 years of direct specialist experience.
• Manage and understand HR operations, applying best practices effectively.
• Oversee the end-to-end hiring lifecycle with a comprehensive grasp of recruitment processes.
• Stay updated and comply with prevailing labor laws and employment regulations.
• Utilize HR Information Systems (HRIS) proficiently to streamline HR functions.
• Conduct both qualitative and quantitative research to enhance HR initiatives.
• Communicate clearly and build strong relationships across teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Language Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English languages is mandatory, with preference given to candidates who also speak Chinese.
