Role Overview
As the Compensation & Benefits Manager, you will report directly to the Senior Director of HR and contribute significantly to shaping Acronis’ global compensation and benefits strategies. Working closely with a dedicated compensation colleague and a large international HR team, you will support organizational growth and change in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the compensation expert for HR business partners, guiding compensation reviews and benchmarking efforts aligned with corporate compensation programs.
- Oversee job architecture, including leveling, salary structures, pay ranges, and benchmarking methods.
- Develop and update salary bands based on market conditions, internal equity, and geographical considerations.
- Provide global assistance in managing compensation initiatives such as bonuses, merit-based raises, promotions, long-term incentives, and market pricing.
- Research global market trends, salary surveys, and compensation practices to foster innovative programs.
- Maintain and advance pay transparency strategies and practices within the company.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis, interpret outcomes, present insights, and propose improvements, while documenting internal processes.
- Establish strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams to meet stakeholder needs and deliver exceptional service.
- Manage the design, administration, and ongoing evaluation of employee benefits programs in partnership with brokers, insurance providers, and vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Monitor emerging trends and changes in compensation, benefits, pay equity, and transparency practices globally.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5 years' experience managing global compensation programs.
- Proven ability to develop and communicate salary ranges and compensation frameworks to HR, management, and employees.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analytics; experience with Power Query or Power BI is advantageous.
- Familiarity with AI tools to enhance compensation and benefits processes.
- Strong internal customer orientation with effective cross-team and multi-level collaboration skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, discipline, and capability to meet deadlines accurately in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Team-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude and an appetite for overcoming challenges.
- Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Highly motivated to achieve success by persistent hard work and commitment.
