Role Overview
The position of Company Representative is a full-time, on-site opportunity located in Kasaragod. The Representative will directly engage with customers in-store by addressing inquiries, offering personalized recommendations for stationery that align with individual preferences, managing product displays, maintaining inventory levels, and sustaining an inviting, orderly store atmosphere. Routine duties include processing sales transactions, gathering and relaying customer feedback to improve both products and services, actively participating in promotional campaigns, supporting broader brand efforts, and embodying the company’s professional and customer-oriented image.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities to interact respectfully and effectively with a diverse clientele.
- Experience in retail sales including familiarity with point-of-sale systems and managing cash or electronic payments.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to efficiently maintain displays, track inventory, and multitask.
- Good problem-solving aptitude and interpersonal skills to address customer issues and foster a positive shopping environment.
- High attention to detail with solid product knowledge and a passion for stationery and design-centered consumer products.
- Capability to commit to full-time, on-site work hours in Kasaragod, encompassing weekends or extended shifts as necessary.
- Basic computer proficiency to register sales, monitor stock, and communicate with the team effectively.
- Previous experience in retail, especially relating to stationery or lifestyle products, is advantageous.
