Company Driver

About the Role

We are seeking a dependable and professional Company Driver to deliver safe, comfortable, and punctual transportation services for the company's senior management, executives, partners, guests, and affiliated personnel. This position demands utmost discretion, professionalism, adaptability, and dedication to uphold exceptional standards of service and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer courteous, professional, and discreet driving services to senior management, executives, partners, guests, and other associated individuals.
• Provide daily transportation and support based on the schedules and business requirements of senior management and executives.
• Conduct pickups and drop-offs from airports, hotels, offices, meetings, events, and various other locations within the UAE.
• Ensure all transportation is safe, comfortable, and timely throughout the UAE.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean, well-presented, and properly maintained at all times.
• Plan routes effectively, demonstrating excellent knowledge of UAE roads, business districts, hotels, airports, and important locations.
• Maintain a professional, polite, and service-focused demeanor when interacting with management, partners, and guests.
• Adapt working hours flexibly to accommodate changes in management and executive schedules as needed.
• Strictly uphold confidentiality regarding company management, partners, guests, travel plans, meetings, and related information.
• Assist with occasional transport-related tasks and errands as requested by senior management or authorized personnel.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Company, Personal, or Executive Driver in the UAE, ideally supporting senior management or high-profile individuals.
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license.
• Extensive knowledge of UAE roads, key business districts, airports, hotels, and major destinations.
• Good command of English; proficiency in Russian is a plus.
• Professional appearance, polite conduct, punctuality, and strong service orientation.
• Demonstrated experience driving luxury and high-end vehicles.
• Strong understanding of vehicle care and basic maintenance, with the capability to identify and report any vehicle issues promptly.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple transportation requests and dynamic schedules effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary of AED 7,000
• 30 days of annual leave
